Hi Lori,

My RSD is in my neck, shoulder, right arm and hand. So for me laying flat on my back with a pillow under my shoulder and arm works best.
I do not have sleep apnea...but wanted to comment on your post as my husband does have it. I know for him sitting up on the sofa helps him a lot. I never understood how he can sleep sitting up...but I sure hear a difference in his snoring when he does. He tells me he gets his best sleep that way as he is not constantly being woken up by the apnea.

Take care,
Karen
