It seems like you guys have tried everything related to do with her jaw, teeth, etc. Have you had a doctor check out her heart? Heart disease or other heart related problems could cause the jaw pain. Heart problems develop and show symptoms differently in women, and could be the source of her pain. If you haven't already ruled it out I would definitely consider seeing a doctor about it.
