Is using rubber bands around the tubes, containers or whatever. This really helps me...as I can't always 'tell' when I'm slipping my gripping? But the bands stop the slip and thus I grip. YOu get them from many fruits or veggies and thus they are free = cheap? Easier to 'get' than let that full tube of shampoo land on your foot! Need I say more? Dropping those things can HURT!
