Default Let's Talk Tremors . . .

For the past few weeks I have been having trouble on and off with tremors. And they are not fine tremors. They make walking and using my hands and arms difficult. The only way that I can get them to stop completely is by laying down. They do lessen when I am sitting but act up if I try to grab something or move my leg. I have to focus/concentrate real hard when I do fine motor work and just hold my arm stiff when I write. And, mascara is just not happening for me today. (I'm going to see some family this afternoon without mascara.). I value my eyes too much.

Mine seem to be both postural tremors and intention tremors. I am not sure but I think spasticity plays a part in our tremors. Does it?

So, what do you all experience with your tremors?
