Been dealing with dizziness for 2 years. I always have slight dizziness and gets worse in malls, stores, if I have to look at some one and talk I get dizzy etc., (legs gets weak). Tried VT, all kinds of tests/therapies, steroid shots in the ear and no luck so far. Xanax helped me some what in the beginning. Yes dizziness for me is disabling and limits all my activities. Have u tried Dramamine? Just in case if you have to get out. Didn't work for me when I tried last year.
Be specific when you tell your doctor what kind of dizziness you have. Room spinning, light-headed, weak legs etc., There are number of things to try but you may be too early. For most PCS folks it resolved at some point unless there is any ear damage, vision issues then it seems like it can get very tricky.
