I boil my tap water and refill bottles, then stock the fridge up. I also drink black coffee (Never added milk/cream or sugar to my coffee), or teas (herbal mainly, with and without caffeine).
I gave up sodas/colas/pop... whatever name you want to give them, years ago. The only time I'll drink it is if I'm sick with the flu and I'll buy regular (non-diet) Canada Dry Ginger Ale, because it helps to settle my woozy tummy.
