Thank you so much for your diary. You have put my mind at ease. Your words were very inspiring.I have a surgery scheduled on July 12th. It will be my 2nd MVD but my first with Dr. Jannetta. Dr. Sekula has just left the practice but Dr. Jannetta is back from his sabbattical.

Are you still doing well? How many days do you have to stay in Pittsburgh after the surgery? Do they remove the stitches before you leave? Fortunately for me, I live in Pa so I do not have to fly but it is a 5 - 6 hour drive. My first one was at UPMC and they didn't even have a room for me for like 13 hours. That throwing up thing was the pitts ( no pun intended).
