Interesting.... I was just recently diagnosed, and my doctor keeps pushing me to take Ativan (anti-anxiety) regularly on top of the amitryptiline. And if the pain seems to flair, the Ativan does seem to help. I thought I was crazy, but I guess there really is something to this.
