Thanks, Annie. I hope you will take some time off of everything that you can take time off of...
I had a chest CT about six months ago, and my yearly thyroid ultrasound a couple of months ago (I have a big nodule, which was biopsied and is now followed with yearly ultrasounds). I have been having lots of standard metabolic panels and such.
I really think that what I'm experiencing is just some sort of MG surge. These spells always hit during the "down" phase of my MG ups and downs.
I am slightly hyperthyroid, which makes me sort of over-react to things. I get carried away. Thanks for caring.

I was wondering, when was the last time you had a chest CT? Has anyone actually LOOKED at your thymus, thyroid and parathyroid lately? Have you had any of the paraneoplastic antibodies done? Not that I'm thinking about cancer or anything but with some MG (and LEMS) patients, it is a concern.
What about a 24-hour urine looking at potassium/sodium, etc.? And don't forget about magnesium. Is your kidney function good?

What I meant about driving yourself nuts is your doubt about your MG diagnosis. As I'm sure you can tell, I'm in quite a grief funk at the moment and not my normal, detailed self.
I hope you can figure out what is going on.
