I agree with Bizi......diet soda (
any soda, really) is a big mistake. Especially the diet soda as it contains aspertame and that has been proven to be very harmful to us.
I used to drink Coca-Cola. The regular kind. It was full of sugar and empty calories. It was hard but I stopped all carbonated drinks and now only drink filtered water. What a difference it has made! I still get the occasional craving for a Coke but know how bad it makes me feel so it's not so hard to resist it. I cannot stress enough how important clean, filtered water is to our health and metabolism.
You're young so the sooner you correct any bad habits the more benefits you'll reap throughout your life.
You've done an amazing job with your weight loss. I'm sure you'll be an inspiration to many who are struggling with this.
