It could be this crazy weather we're all having. I've had a dull, throbbing headache everyday this week. It's not so bad that I can't see or function but it's enough that it bothers me and makes me feel mildly sick at my stomach. I chalk it up to the heat. Yes, I do stay inside but the air is thick and the pollen is still floating around out there.

I've just been drinking as much water as I can. Make sure you're not dehydrated. Needless to say, all I ever seem to do now is drink water and run back and forth to the bathroom. I try to eat small meals 4 to 6 times a day versus larger ones less often. But in this heat nothing really sounds good. Watermelon and popsicles are my favorites right now.
