When you mentioned leg swelling around the knee in one leg, I immediately thought of blood clot, but sense your on your feet alot its probably something else, but do inform the doctor, I'm in this hospital bed most of the time so I'm aware of getting blood clots, I move around in the wheelchair using my feet for movement a couple times a day, thats my exercise.
