I do get regular massages and she told me I feel like I am "in flair" and that upset me. She can tell when I am in flair and just tense. The chiro is willing to see me everyday if I need it. I am going back today. I have tried to not lay in bed as that can make the circulation sluggish and the lactic acid build up, so I walked again today. 2 miles! I was almost in tears by the time I saw the house again, but it will do me good.

The headaches are one sided so that is migraine or brain stuff, not muscle stuff. Muscle stuff goes up and over the top of your head. my vision is all screwy all fuzzy and out of focus. this could be contributing to my headache as my eyes cant really tell my brain what its looking at.

I am growing quite weary of this. And of course JAck the cat needs a shot today. poor thing.
