Unhappy Bad tooth and ab pain, HELP!!

for 4months, I had severe abdominal pain. I have gone through, CT scan, chest xray, sonograms of reproductive and abdominal areas. I had a colonoscopy and endoscope and lastly a HIDA scan. Of all the things done, they found that I have ulcerative colitis, which was treated with meds and no pain in that area any longer. Everything else was normal, except the HIDA scan showed gallbladder at 45% which is pretty normal, but, when they injected the hormone, the pain hit, therefore they said it was my GB and I had it removed. The pain was always subsiding for a days, up to a week or so and would come back. Now, it's back again, so, I know it was not my GB. I don't want to tell anyone any of this as I feel like a fool for getting the surgery for no reason.
Now, what I want to know is, I have had a bad tooth that broke off about 7 months ago. when I went to the dentist, the xray showed the jaw bone had receded from the tooth and the root was out of the bone. It wasn't hurting at the time and I didn't have the money for a bridge and all that, so, I let it go. Over time, it has started to hurt and is now causing headache, jaw pain that goes to my ear and up and down my throat. The pain is the same as what my abdomen is like, exactly the same. Can a tooth that is possibly abscessed and messed up, cause my abdominal pain? the tooth that is broke and painful is on MY right bottom 3rd up from where my wisdom would be, or 5th one back from the front. I am trying to have it pulled and hopefully get some antibiotics. Does anyone have any clue if this can be causing my abdominal pain since all the tests showed all organs to be normal?? TYIA
