there you go

كباب حلة / kabab halaah
1- 2 lbs of meat & 1 lbs small potates
2- cut meat into big square peices & wash it
3- put 2 big spoon of butter in a big pan then add 1 big spoon of pepper into the butter and put it on fire for 3 minutes.
4- after that 3 minutes , add the meat and keep it on fire untill it turns to golden (which should take about 10 minutes)
5- add 3 big onions & 5 garlic peice's after cutting them to slices to the pan
6-keep em all togther untill they become golden , on low fire , should take about 15 minutes
7- then keep adding water till the meat gets cooked , dont alot of water at once , add half cup of water per time

note : add the salt and the potates when the meat about to be done
make sure the potates and the meat will be cooked at the same time
at the end everything should look golden and yummi with no water , just the souce and butter
