If these lumps are hard...they may be calcium deposits.

I'd try the magnesium lotion on them. CVS Epsom lotion.
Some people deposit calcium along tendons.

They could be lipomas (not so hard feeling tho) or uric acid
nodules. A blood test can reveal elevated uric acid in the blood.

Lipomas are the most common though.
If they hurt to press on, they may be neuromas.
