Weight lifting (light) is good for your body. I'm not talking about power lifting but just basis resistance training. Any type of exercise will keep your metabolism revved up. I need to take my own advice!
Scage, do you eat pizza? I bought a bread machine that makes good pizza dough. I've experimented with different kinds of pizza and it's fun. I tend to like the "no-meat" pizza so I'll use different veggies and cheeses. I like the crust as thin as I can make it so that helps a little with the calories.
