I use a weekly pill keeper. I must admit my morning meds requires two pill keepers but that's OK. I took a magic marker and put AM on both of them and PM on the other one. If I have to take a pill in the afternoon or supper I am in trouble! All I have to do is to see if the top of the days meds is open. My Mom turned her pill bottle upside down once she opened it.
