Your signature line lists esophageal motility problems. Have you considered the constipation may be from general GI dysmotility and not just the esophagus? Have you been tested for autonomic dysfunction? I see you list several things that could be autonomically related in your Dx line (tachy, spasms, SOB).

Some inhalers can cause shakiness, muscle cramps, etc, so it may be stimulating muscles in the GI tract when you use it....just a thought.
