I have a BIG pill dispenser. It has an AM, Mid-AM, Noon, Mid-Afternoon and PM compartment! I only have three prescription meds so the rest I divide up all my supplements in. It really helps because sometimes I just totally forget whether or not I've taken my meds..........and the dispenser really helps. If they're still there....I've forgotten. If they're gone.....I remembered! I need things very clear and basic.
