I don't think you need that high a level of B6. I'd get some activated form, P5P instead. NOW makes an affordable one that is lower dose. 35mg I think.

Also some activated folic acid...metafolin. This is in the RX version Metanx... which is made for neuropathy. But it is only for those really who are not converting folate in the body well.
Unless you have had a homocysteine test to show high levels, you may not need this. Most people get folate and use it okay from food. Metafolin is by Solgar at 800mcg a day.

Consider some fish oil too. DHA in fish oil is used to repair nerve membranes. Males do not convert flax oil as efficiently as females, so adding fish oil is helpful. You can then reduce your flax oil by half or so.

Your others seem okay. If after 6mos, you have NO results, I think you can cut back if you choose. You should have some results if you are going to get any.
