I'm taking 30mg right now and when the doctor put me on it she said that when I saw her in a couple months that she would be wanting to up it to 60mg. I thought about the flu or something like that, which is why I have been watching the clock to see if it is consistently after I take the Cymbalta and it is. And it's a completely different feeling than I usually have when I get sick and throw up...this is violent and comes on so fast. But definitely something for me to keep in mind.
