Stressing does make your body tighten up as well, so working on relaxation is a big plus for many reasons.

If you think about it -worrying & stressing won't solve or change anything, so try to let some of that roll off your back.
Been there done that too though...

I don't know if you've found our info on TrPs (trigger points) ?
trigger points can cause major pain and symptoms-& referred pain & sx.

double crush or even triple crush?
double/triple crush is when the nerve is affected in other places as well as with TOS. TOS & cubital/ulnar, TOS and carpal, or all 3.
