Tricia, I took the plunge about 2 years ago and invested in a really good set of pots and pans. At the time I was wondering if I'd regret it but I never have. I use them all the time and they hold up beautifully. I cook alot and freeze things so I've gotten my money's worth. There are so many different kinds of cookware out there but the hard anodized kind are, I think, the best and most reliable.
