Have they checked your D-Dimer? I'm not being an alarmist but some people with MG do have APS (antiphospholipid antibody syndrome). While IVIG is one treatment for APS, it can also move clots around (all that incoming fluid). At least bring up the notion of that simple blood test. You sure don't want a PE (pulmonary embolism)!
The other issue is your heart. Have you been checked out by a cardiologist at all?
Don't assume it's the MG. Any new shortness of breath should be thoroughly checked out. I hope it's nothing serious. Well, besides the MG.
