I didn't find any peer reviewed or published science on that juice, though there is some science on its ingredient, we just don't know how much of it is in that juice or not.
Im not saying it doesn't work, I suppose you would have to try it.
I will say inflammation is a big deal, there are many products that claim to lower it. A good blood test is call C-Reactive Protein, and you can use that to measure its effectiveness.
