Yep, I agree with you David MODERATION !!!!!! is the key,as long as your breaks do stop at 1 or 2 no more, i can't see anything wrong with a little reward at the end of a hard working day, although its so easy to keep throwing them down when amongst good company, i read some were that a couple glasses of beer a day is very good for you, unfortaunatly when i was drinking, 1 or 2 was only just a starting point with usually many more to go each day.
I don't drink alcohol at all these days, people with Pre or fully blown Diabetes shouldn't go anywere near the stuff because of all the sugar content that's in beer and of course it goes without saying its a complete NO NO for anyone with alcoholic Neuropathy.
