I think someone here used to say - "you can pay now or pay later, but later it will cost more". or something like that.
Meaning make some changes now before things get too bad to recover from.

Wouldn't it be better to take care of this with just some lifestyle adjustments & try to get it turned around without a surgery, costs, and the chance that it might not do all you want it to do?

I did bump up some older posts with surgery studies & info that might be of help.


I just wish Drs or someone would have really emphasized how bad my RSi's could get and none even mentioned possibility of TOS at all, although I still may not have changed my type A work habits. I liked to be the best & fastest at work and it took a long term toll.
Many of us old timers can only say "if I knew then what i know now..."
I could have been a lead or even a supervisor, or even totally changed jobs in the company -but I liked working with my team buddies
