Is it possible for TOS to occur in a phases, for instance my physio told me that my chest and anterior delts were way to tight and strong for my back thus pulling me foward and giving me the rounded shoulder look . after these past few months i have been reversing that and i am improving.
I wonder if i could maybe even permanantly fix this by continuning to balance myself out
