Dear Bizi,
Broccoli and string beans are my go-to foods because they heat up easily in the microwave. Sometimes I add one of the following: spaghetti sauce, a touch of salad dressing, or soy sauce.
I like cucumbers because they are easy to peal and cut up to eat raw.
Do you have some favorite low carb vegetable?
