We have Comcast only as TV.... I agree it is terrible.

I refuse to bundle with them. We have digital service, but often OnDemand is off. Or stutters, or the sound pops an annoying sound. Some channels never work right...like Nat Geo. which
pixelates constantly some days. Ours also flips the HD and back. With our new flat screen I found just moving the mode (we have 4) fixes that flip for that event only. Our old TV was a regular one, and when the HD flip occurred it would last almost all day with everything squished.

One day we lost all service, called in and they sent out a guy who had to climb the pole, only to find a previous worker had capped off our service instead of another! He showed us the cap device and took it with him to report.
