Some things that popped into my head when reading -

What is causing the kink, if anything ?
Or is it just an anomaly with nothing that may be causing it?
Same questions for the high grade stenosis w/ arms elevated for artery & vein.
Any visible cause showing on the imaging?
Or Drs best guess/theory?
