My worst symptom also dizziness (and nausea). You said that right about how your head feels. When I tell my Neurologist my head feels heavy immediately they put it under headache!

My eyes are always tired and my vision is weird. Not double vision, blurry vision etc., and regular optometrists/eye doctors cannot find anything. Some had success with Vision Therapy. I went to one Developmental Optometrist and did Light Therapy and other therapies for a while. No success. My rehab doctor who knows about MTBI/PCS and believes my main symptoms are from eye and he recommended another therapist. I have an appointment next month to see what she has to say. None of these therapies are insurance covered.

I rested for more than a year and even now I only work from home part time. For me rest doesn't do much. If rest helps for you I think you should seriously consider that.
