That's great, freezer! How did your body/brain respond to the walk?
It has taken me a while to find the right amount of activity (ie, that keeps me moving but doesn't cause setbacks). For the last week or so I've been doing 10-min walks every other day. So far, so good. I'm now on week 6 of my recovery - my best week so far - and am hoping to start doing 15-min walks pretty soon.
I've finally figured out that I need to progress *slowly* to keep my recovery sustainable (touch wood). A few times early on I tried walking every day and increased my walking time to 15, 20, 25 mins, but I think this was too much too fast.
