Ou living room has a ceiling fan with 4 small lights around it in the ceiling. I replaced the large can lights with smaller LED lights a few years ago to save energy and make it look better.

Every once in while the lights on the ceiling fan or the fan itself will turn on by itself, or turn faster or slower. Also two of the lights in the ceiling will turn on or off. I know it's an electrical short but I told Laura it was a Ghost, and I named him Sebastian. She is so gullible she believed it for a short while. Now when the fan turns on on it's own, she says "Sebastian stop it!". LOL

So, maybe you have a ghost. figure out it's name.

I asked an electrician friend of mine if it was a fire hazard and he said no, but wants us to hire him to fix it. that's not a priority.
