I have it constant for 2 years mostly on forehead, above and around the eyes. Sometimes the whole face. Only the intensity varies from dull to severe. Also my head always weighs like I am carrying a cinderblock on my head. Elavil doesn't do anything for it and tried different anti-depressants, tylenol, ibuprofen, migraine meds etc.,
