Hi dolphindanny,

Well, your lower teeth are not directly connected to any sinus issues. However, if you have an infected tooth anywhere in your mouth and the infection has become systemic, which means it has made you physically ill, then the infection could travel to your upper respiratory system which could ultimately involve your sinuses.

How did the extraction go today? I suggest that you follow your dentists post operative instructions as best as possible to avoid secondary infection. Did you tell him/her that your sinuses have been bothering you?
