Help Need help understanding mri report

Chronic low back pain radiating into both legs and feet, Sagittal and axial images were obtained with long and short TR sequences and inversion recovery sequences. The intervertebral disc spaces and lumbarthecal sac are well maintained through L3-L4, at L4-L5, there is a broad-based central and slightly right paracentral disc protrusion with mild deformity of the thecal sac. At L5-S1 there is a moderate central disc protrusion without significant deformity of the thecal sac due to prominent epidural fat. The neural foramina apper relatively well maintained bilaterally
Impression
1 Broad-based L4-L5 central and slighhtly right paracentral disc protrusion with mild deformity of the thecal sac.
2 Moderate central disc protrusion L5-S1 without significant deformity of the thecal sac due to prominent epidural fat.
