This study showed that mice responded well to Omega 3.
I take fish oil or flax seed oil or both whenever I remember --- which is about 4 days a week. I take the pills with food ---- this makes it hard to remember --to have to deal with food and pills at the same time.
Maybe I don't need the food and pills at the same time.
Does anyone know?
