I don't know of specific ones for regrowth, other than the EFAs which form cell walls for everything in our bodies. Low EFA definitely impacts repair of nerves.

To improve circulation l-arginine is the main one.

But I think also preventing the inflammation of blood vessel walls, attacked by free radicals or other things...helps too.

Vit C for example lowers elevated C-reactive protein...which reflects inflammation in the body. Vit E is also important.
Also antioxidants, like grapeseed extract, curcumin --in a bio-enhanced form has been shown in studies to protect the endothelial layer in blood vessels. Astaxanthin, quercetin, lutein, lycopene, resveratrol all are helpful. If you put astaxanthin in PubMed you can see all the research on just this one antioxidant. The flavinoids that are connected to Vit C.. are good for blood vessels too. Some products have them all together. I have an Ester C 500mg with flavinoids. Vit C is difficult to get in high amounts from food...so a supplement there is needed. I am skeptical about massive high doses for those who find AlkaSeltzer useful...as very high C can cause acidosis. I never go above 500mg a day, and that not every day in fact.

One can choose to eat various high antioxidant foods (all the colorful ones), and not need tons of supplements.
