For the discolouration it's simple : anything that disrupts interscalene/collarbone space give permanent venous compression symptoms (from a study).

You are a perfect clone of me.

Try http://neurotalk.psychcentral.com/thread150627.html , it worked for me.

For the odd sensations, it's normal, seriously don't care about. All TOSER have some. Personaly my fingers/wrist/head often move by themselves hard when i relax/try to sleep, and i don't joke.

And believe me or not, but i had occasionaly :

- Painful explosions between collarbone and firs rib
- Some strange little "explosions", not painful, on anterior scalene
- Spasms that made my symptoms better (wtf ?)

Relax and it may go away, or just be patient.

Today i still have some problems like this. Sick...
