I sleep on my sides which probably is quite bad for the thoracic so I'll definitely try sleeping on my back in future with some additional support under the back since otherwise the mattress tends to push my shoulders forward and together.
The swiss ball stretch seems very interesting as well. I do some door and eagle stretches already which have helped, is there any way of performing the same sort of stretch as shown in exercise 2 but without a ball? Maybe rolling up some towels and placing them on the floor might do the trick?
