My headache is intermittent and more mild-to-moderate (although it typically gets worse during setbacks). But it is pesky and doesn't seem to want to go away completely. Sometimes it almost disappears for a couple of hours or more, but thus far it has always cropped up again, most often at or near the crown of my head. Sometimes it's worse in the morning, but is usually more noticeable in the afternoon and/or evening.

It also seems to be a kind of barometer for my recovery as a whole. When I'm doing better, it lessens. And vice versa.

It makes me curious about what's currently going on in my brain and nervous system. I wish I could lend them a helping hand (brain, heal thyself!), but I'm not sure if there is anything to be done, apart from the usual stuff - rest, good nutrition, low stress, etc. plus time.
