Pain (sensory) is my MS in a nutshell, cranial nerve and Trigeminal Neuralgia attacks, a constant pain in the left side of my head, burning mouth syndrome... everything from the neck up hurts like heck, and does 24/7.

I have posted about the pain before, but like any other MS symptoms, pain's very different in each person, and the 'remedies' to help ease pain are just as unique from person to person.

Sorry to hear yours is worsening. I'll be blunt. I went to a pain doctor and got marijuana prescribed (pill form THC - Cesamet) and it has been the wonder drug for my cranial neuralgia. I had to see a pain specialist for the medication, but I do believe that GPs can prescribe Marinol/Cesamet (Nabilone) so it's worth inquiring about if you've not given that route a try.

Wishing for pain free days ahead for you
