I'm at a conference for Neurotherapeutic Therapies and on a couple of the panels is a judge from Miami who gave a talk on ethics as he puts it "from the outside looking in". He has really taken an interest in all of this and he proposed that for starters, we should let doctors off the hook with malpractice, have patients be able to purchase dirt cheap individual malpractice insurance, and I won't say what he said about lawyers. lol Then hopefully one thing would lead to another.

I won't be online again until tomorrow afternoon, but I think i like this judge.

Also spoke with Phyllis Richman for 3 hours today, a delightful lady who wants to get more involved and who, as a restaurant critic, gave us a complete list of good restaurants for the DC area.
