Sally - I'm sorry to hear you are having a rough time. I hope things have improved some since Sunday.

A virus could definitely do that and I know that here there is a stomach bug going around, 24 hour type thing.

Also, when taking any medication or supplement, check the date 1st before taking it. Medications/supplements change chemistry over time, hence the reason for expiration dates. All sorts of things can happen when you take a med/supp that has expired. I'm not saying that is what happened to you, but just reminding you and others that it can be harmful to take something after it's expiration date. If it is a prescription medication, you can call and talk to the pharmacist where you got the medication. They can look up the "real" expiration date, not the one on the bottle. I've had to do that before on with the valium the dr. gave me. At 1 1/2 years, the medication is no longer good.

As others mentioned, weather changes could be the cause as well. But, should you continue to have this weakness, please talk to your dr about it.
