Default I cry and pray with all my heart and hope

Ive had anxiety, ocd, depression on and off for over 20 years. Before January 2011, I had 5 years of low level anxiety and panic attacks. This January I decided to start looking for a job because my son was old enough to stay in school for the most of the day. I wanted to get everything prepared before looking for a job. First thing was to fix a back tooth that was bothering me. My regular dentist did not call me back right away and I really wanted this done so I went to another dentist. This place looked cleaned and they've been there for 13 years. So the first dentist tells me that my tooth is infected and needs a root canal. He gave me amox-clav for 10 days and he wanted me to come back for a root extraction. I thought a root canal specialist was going to do it but another dentist did it. That was my biggest mistake. A day after I start feeling cold and hot flashes and then numbness on my left side. I went to the doctor and she said it was Bells palsy but I ddint have a droop. SO she gave me acyclovir and steroids. After the treatment my anxiety levels went up to a 10 after the steroids use. I ddint want to have another nervous breakdown which I had in 2005 and asked for lexapro. After a week I notice I wasnt breathing right through my nose, felt like i ws suffocating. Thought it was just a side effect from lexapro and was going to be a trooper and tough it out. Six weeks later , I changed to zoloft because that had helped me in the past, still the breathing through my nose was not right. During this I had a crown lenghtening so a crown could fit on my tooth. A week after the procedure I felt the tightness worse on my face.Through this Im taking .25 -.75 of klonopin. At the end of the day the tooth had to come out and it came out. The tooth was against the sinus with some tissue reaction however the oral surgeon did not think that was a problem because my sinus looked clear on the ct scan. Ive had blood tests, ct scans, mris and blood tests. Ive seen a cardiologist, neurologist, ENT and gastrologist. ENT saw my scan and said that I had minor sinusitis but that shouldnt cause was IM experiencing, plus I took 4 weeks of antibiotics . Neurologist says its trigmenial neuropathy caused by injection triggering anxiety???? I dont think he was even sure about the diagnosis. He told me to take gabepentin whcih i tried one day and made me feel worse. This past week I ve been trying gabapentin again which does lessen the tightness but I dont see much improvement in my nose breathing . I changed from klonopin to ativan because I was building a tolerance with klonopin. I am so confused, I dont know what exactly this is. I have being wearing a night guard incase its tmj and I dont have MS or tumors. Scans dont show any oral fistula from dental work. Im off lexapro and zoloft thinlking that would be the cause. Im also off klonopin. Now im wondering a klonopin withdrawal symptom and I know with benzos it takes a while to recover. Icry and pace alot during the day and hope that a miracle happens. That I will no longer feel this facial tightness/fullness and my breathing returns to normal. this is 24/7. I know with anxiety there are breathing issues but I know the difference my chest hurts because iM breathing through my lungs and not diaphragm. Unfortunately i will get the double whammy of not breathing through my nose and having a panic attack at the same time. I went to get accupuncture but my tightness felt worst the day after. Ive been taking vitamin b12,d, and e and sometimes C. I feel so lost.
