Back again, am I still a newbie?
Thanks for all the information I have found on this board.
I have discontinued Remicade (fortunately RA is in remission) and my leg pain and cramping seems to be plain ole motor neuropathy instead of the more exotic RLS.  It is most likely caused by my RA, but was exacerbated by Remicade.
So I've started Gabapentin, and it seems to be working well, as long as I don't go over 900 mg/day.
I'll start looking through the forums to see how other members handle motor neuropathy with fasciculations and cramping.
