Lightbulb

I use Splenda... one packet a day.

I do consume some Nutrasweet, but only one or two drinks a day.
It has never caused me any problem.

I have a fructose intolerance. 1 in 3 people have this. It affects the bowel (digestive) and liver (genetic and less common).

The dangers of fructose itself involve the liver. In that video it
shows what happens in the liver when fructose is metabolized.
That is where the risk to diabetics occurs.

While sugar is empty calories, the fructose carries that double whammy of metabolic toxicity.

One packet a day doesn't sound like much.

Sucrose is 1/2 fructose you know.
