Just a quick one

about your hands tightening - could you wear soft splints? I have fleece covered splints that go from my finger tips to my elbows which I wear at night to ensure my fingers are still stretched out... if you were wearing them at night then it wouldn't impact driving or typing etc.

just a thought - I get mine from orthotics but you can buy one type online.
